I'm Cindy.

I believe that counseling is a collaboration between client and therapist. I combine traditional therapy techniques (M-CBT, ACT, etc.) with the knowledge that each client brings about themselves to help them create the best rest of their lives. Feedback, support, skill building and education are all used in this collaboration. I also use lots of humor in therapy. I pride myself on being kind but I’m also very real.
